Take a microwave safe bowl. Put Daliya in it. Roast the daliya without ghee for 30 seconds. Apply this process till becomes turn into light golden.
OR on medium flame , add daliya in a wok. Roast on low flame without ghee., stir continously till becomes turn into light golden. keep aside.
Take heavy bottom pan. Add milk and boiled it on medium flame. Then add 3/4 tsp cardamom powder and roasted wheat Daliya . Saute nicely
On low flame stir continously till becomes well cooked. On recession flame add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes. check the daliya.
If cooked, add 3/4 part of raisins and dry fruits. Mix well. Turn off the gas
Now healthy and delicious Milk-Daliya is ready to serve.
Take out the " MILK-DALIYA " in the serving bowls. Garnish with rest cardamom powder and dry fruits. Enjoy !!!
